KUALA LUMPUR: Paradigm Mall Johor Baru (JB), the largest regional mall in Johor, is set to open its doors in November this year.

Datuk Lee Tuck Fook, group managing director of WCT Holdings Bhd (owner and developer of Paradigm Mall), said the take-up rate for the mall's 1.3 million sq ft of net lettable space had reached over 75% to-date.

"Suffice to say that Paradigm Mall JB is developed as part of an integrated development combining commercial, retail, residential and hospitality to set a new benchmark in terms of retail and lifestyle development in the southern region," he said at the unveiling of the mall's retail brands in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday.
