Global Capital Developments (GCD), the concession holder tasked with the Medini’s development, and WCT Berhad’s subsidiary Platinum Meadow signed an agreement yesterday for the 10.3 acre development.
This newest project strengthens the growing reputation and presence of WCT in the region, as the leading Malaysian construction and real estate development firm already has a joint venture (JV) agreement with Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB) to develop 1Medini, the first residential project in the city. This also brings the gross development value (GDV) of its projects in Medini to RM1.3 billion.
