WCT Bhd plans to transform the recently acquired properties from Malaysia Building Society Bhd (MBSB) - the 5.2ha land and an abandoned mall - into a RM900 million mixed-use project, which includes a shopping complex with a gross floor area of 1.1 million sq ft and net floor area of 770,000 sq ft.
